The community room is great for business meetings, birthday parties, small events, and more! It features:

• Seats around 60 people
• 60 inch flat screen TV
• Free Wireless Internet
• 3 Bathrooms Available
• Black table cloths-skirts provided if needed
• Ovens available for warming and heating
• Glass dishes/silverware available if needed
• Catering Kitchen Available (No general cooking or baking, please bring your catered items prepared)

Rates:

• Currently renting for $100 for 2 hours.
• All Day rental (up to 12 hours) available for $375. 11pm latest.
• Add $25 to have Coffee and Capuchino Provided

Renter is responsible for set up and clean up.
